Our freezers and refrigerators are packed full of specialty items. Our frozen department has a taste for every diet or desire, with a wide variety of vegetarian products, dairy free ice creams, gluten free products, breads, and grass fed meats. Over in the dairy section youll find our local eggs and butters, along with a wonderful selection of organic or vegan cheeses. We also carry local milk available by special order twice a week
The Sunflower Cafe features wraps, sandwiches, soups, salads, pasta salads, baked goods and an organic juice bar. All deli produce is organic and our soups are made from scratch by our chefs with healthy organic and natural ingredients. Enjoy your fresh meal at our indoor or outdoor seating areas.
Whether you need one pound or 50 (or more), we can fill your needs for grains, rice, seeds, nuts, mixes, sweets and many other items. Also visit our pre-packed bulk department where we offer dried fruits and vegetables as well as our wildly popular fresh ground peanut butter and almond butter, and other items in grab-and-go packages for your convenience.
We carry a wide variety of teas as well as teas traditionally used for medicinal purposes. If you can't find the right tea for you, we also carry liquid or capsule herbs. In our bulk herb section, let us bag fresh loose herbs and let our expert staff guide you to the right herbs for you.
